EcoClou Privacy Policy
1. This document describes the Privacy Policy of the EcoClou application issued by e-Gminy.pl e-Gminy sp. z o.o. 365, Cieszyńska Str., 43-300 Bielsko-Biała (hereinafter „the Privacy Policy”).
2. The EcoClou App (hereinafter „the App”) is installed on mobile devices, in particular on mobile phones and tablets, after the user has downloaded it via the Play store (Android) or the Appstore (iOS) store.
3. Using the App requires a mobile device with iOS or Android, a working bluetooth interface and an Internet connection in the form of an enabled data transmission package or an enabled Wi-Fi connection.
4. Using the App does not require providing any personal data. The App does not store any personal data that could enable a third party to identify a specific App user.
5. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, please do not install the Appl or uninstall it. Permanent removal of the App from the mobile device is tantamount to the termination of the use of the App.
6. The Privacy Policy is only supplementary to the privacy policy of Google Play Store and Apple Appstore. e-Gminy.pl is not responsible for the privacy policy implemented by the entities managing the Google Play store and Apple Appstore applications and their compliance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 2016, pp. 1-88), the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018.1000) and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws 2017.1219) as part of the Google Play store and Apple Appstore.
